Oblongata Magazine recently shot with "The Young Gun" A.K.A. Jonathan Mendez for our May Issue (Due to be released May 14th). While there's been a spring heat recently it's nothing compared to Jonathan as he takes the modeling game by storm. "Jonathan is so beautiful when he sat in my make up a chair a gave him a mirror and said done. There was nothing that needed to be done. I applied some highlight and he was on his way." say's Ash R. Jonathan is on only good looking but is a great designer, he stated in a quick interview, "I love fashion! whenever I find some amazing materials and create a unique outfit I love to wear it out and feel the love of others. Virdi Banuelos is another rising model to look at this year. Virdi broke onto the modeling scene late last year (2016). Virdi, however, started as an actress starring in short films with her friends. Virdi has a few viral videos via Instagram and Youtube. Virdi is a bit of a social media phenomenon racking up a huge following and strong fan base with more than 100K followers. I guess you could say she has some SOCIAL influence. Oblongata Photographer Ahmad Taylor said, "I loved her energy and style throughout the whole shoot. She also was opinionated, which some people may not have liked but it was charming and insightful so for that I was grateful to have worked with her."Virdi is one of those great spirits you meet very rarely and I can't wait to continue to make these beautiful masterpieces with her." says's Oblongata's Cinematographer Andre Devolle.

Happy June everyone! This month we are honoring our June model Aubrey Michelle. Aubrey is Oblongata Magazines Model of the Month. Aubrey is an up lifting young woman, when you meet her she is instantly astonishing. After just a min she becomes a fun, vibrant, and ambitious individual. Aubrey has pure crystal blue eyes that are tranquil and mellow not to mention she is one of the most adorable and flawless models i've ever worked with. She is a Professional Model and Dancer with hopes of one day being able to travel and dance. She also wants to prove passion conquers doubt every time. Aubrey also sees herself on the magazine covers of the worlds most profound fashion labels. she is well on her way with an astonishing portfolio and friends supporting her she knows she will soon accomplish her dreams. she's currently living, modeling and enjoying life. Aubrey is also working towards her dream of bringing beauty and art to the world and motivating young men and women to create beautiful art and follow what they believe in and what they themselves are passionate about. “Aubrey has always been such a captivating young woman, the moment I met her I immediately loved her energy and mellow vibes, her natural charisma charm and visual expression created an atmosphere in which we became good friends and amazing artist.
